Set up WebConnect as a PWA (Progressive Web App) on MacOS

Setting up WebConnect as a PWA (Progressive Web App) on the Windows PC offers a number of advantages in use:

  • Browser elements are hidden
  • WebConnect behaves like a standalone program
  • WebConnect can be an application icon in your Mac's Dock.

Installation is easy and is supported by the Chrome browser, for example.

Start your WebConnect domain in the Chrome browser. At the top right you will see an icon in the browser bar that displays the Install WebConnect message.
